Here is the latest on the race at Turtle Lake.
Attempting to make a track at Turtle Lake today proved to be quite challenging. Removal of the snow was a success, but so was breaking through the slush layer creating quite a problem. As it sits right now, the slushy layer is not freezing creating soft spots, rough patches and is currently not anything I would put any kid out there on to race.
We are looking into different options which include a different race location, venue swap, track flooding, a double header race (Saturday-Sunday), and possibly a cancellation.

Registration is open for Saturday. Please register as you normally would for the weekend race. The deadline to register is Thursday at midnight.
